Troy Bank and Trust announces promotions

Jeff Kervin, president and CEO of Troy Bank & Trust, is pleased to announce the promotions of Diane Aman, Jared Waldrop, Michael Precise and Blake Wise. Aman was formerly a vice president and Commercial Loan Officer and is now a Senior vice-president and Commercial Loan Officer. Waldrop was promoted from Assistant vice-president and Assistant Operations Officer to vice-president and Assistant Operations Officer.

Precise was promoted from Loan officer to Assistant vice-president andCommercial Loan Officer, while Blake Wise, formerly a Loan Trainee was promoted to Loan Officer.

Born in Huntington Long Island, New York, Aman grew up in Ashford, Alabama. She was valedictorian of Ashford High School, earned an Associate of Science degree in Business from Troy University and graduated from the Alabama Banking School in 1993. Aman has 33 years of experience in the field of banking and is a member of Professional Secretaries International.

She is a member of the Troy Exchange Club and works as their chairperson for the A.C.E. Award (Accepting the Challenge of Excellence). A member of Antioch Baptist Church in Ashford, Alabama, Aman serves as Children’s Ministry Director, organist and a is member of the Antioch Ladies’ Ensemble. She is married to Greg and they have a son, Chad, (Karen) and two grandchildren.

Waldrop is from Troy, and attended Pike Liberal Arts School. He graduated from Troy University with a B.S. degree in Business Management. He has been with Troy Bank & Trust for 13 years.

He is a member of ISACA and attends Bush Memorial Baptist Church. Waldrop and his wife, Stacy, have a daughter.

Originally from Geneva, Alabama, Precise graduated from Geneva High School

and attended Troy University, where he was a member of the Troy University Baseball team. He earned a B.S. in Mathematics and an MBA from Troy.

A member of the Troy Rotary Club, Precise is married to the former Holley Clements. They have two children, and are expecting a third child soon.

Wise is from Troy and is a 2003 graduate of Charles Henderson High School. He graduated from Troy University in 2007, with a B.S. in Business Administration.

He attends Troy Church, where he is an Impact Team Leader. Wise and his wife, Amanda, have three children.
