Jeff Kervin, president and CEO of Troy Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the promotions of Michael Precise and Austin Steen.  Precise was formerly the Credit Analyst for Troy Bank and will now be a Loan Officer.  Steen completed an internship working with Precise and has now been hired as Credit Analyst for TB&T.

Originally from Geneva, Alabama, Precise graduated from Geneva High School and attended Troy University, where he was a member of the TROY Baseball team.  He earned a B.S. in Mathematics and an MBA from TROY.

A member of the Pike County TROY Alumni Chapter, he is also active in the Troy University Baseball Alumni Association.  Precise is a member of Bush Memorial Baptist Church and is married to the former Holley Clements.  They have two children.

Steen, who is from Monroeville, Alabama, graduated from Monroe Academy.  He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Troy University.  While at TROY, he was a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society, a Trojan Ambassador, a member of the College Republicans and served in the Student Government Association.  He was also a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and was a volunteer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) through the Troy Extension Office and the IRS, helping low income individuals file their tax returns.  Steen is currently enrolled in the Masters of Accountancy program at TROY.  Steen is a member of Bush Memorial Baptist Church.
