TB&T makes staff changes

Jeff Kervin, president and CEO of Troy Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that Walt Ellis has been promoted to Commercial Loan Officer, and that Michael Precise has been hired as Credit Analyst. Ellis had been TB&T’s Credit Analyst.
Originally from Ariton, Ellis graduated from Ariton High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, where he majored in Finance. Ellis is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of CPA’s. He is a graduate of Leadership Pike and will graduate from the Alabama Banking School in July 2015.
He and his wife, the former Morgan Love, are members of Covenant United Methodist Church, and are expecting their first child.
Precise was born in Geneva, Alabama and graduated from Geneva High School. He attended TROY University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Ma thematics and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the TROY University Alumni Association.
He and his wife, the former Holley Clements, attend Bush Memorial Baptist Church, and have a son and a daughter.
“Both of these gentlemen will bring fresh perspectives to their new positions,” said Kervin. “Each knows their respective area well, and we are very excited to have them in the Troy Bank & Trust family.”
