Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Michael Kreis are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Meredyth, to Brandt Kellen Vette, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Leslie Vette of Ocala, Florida.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Charlotte Brantley Kreis and the late Mr. John M. Kreis of Troy and Mrs. Berta Seymore Stephens and the late Mr. Rowe W. Stephens of Enterprise.

Ashley is a 2009 cum laude graduate from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accountancy.  She obtained her Master of Accountancy from Auburn University and her CPA certification in 2010.  She is a member of Phi Mu Fraternity, and is currently employed as an Internal Auditor at AGL Resources in Atlanta, Georgia.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Verl Edward Vette and the late Mrs. Darlene Vette of Littleton, Colorado and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ray Bishop Collier of Rolla, Missouri.

Brandt is a 2009 magna cum laude graduate from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accountancy and Finance.  He obtained his Master of Accountancy from Auburn University and his CPA certification in 2010.  He is a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, and is currently employed as a Senior Audit Assistant at Deloitte and Touche, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia.

The wedding is planned for August 18, 2012 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Troy, Alabama.
