“It’s a better location and a bigger store,” Owner Don Fuda said.

Fuda’s Music offers all the products and services of normal music stores, but also offers a variety of other services.

“We have guitars, drums, amps and keyboards,” Fuda said.

“We have about 70 guitars in stock.”

Fuda said they also rent and sale band instruments, as well as offer guitar, drums and keyboard lessons and a layaway plan.

“Tim Catrett repairs guitars and gives guitar lessons,” Fuda said.

Fuda’s wife Maura offers vocal lessons and he teaches drum lessons.

“I’ve been playing drums since I was 12 and my wife has been singing all her life,” Fuda said.

If they don’t have what customers are looking for, they can special order almost any instrument the customer wants.

“We offer amp repair, guitar and organ repair,” Fuda said.

According to Fuda, they also repair the band instruments they sale.

The store also has a recording studio.

For churches in the area, Fuda’s Music installs sound systems, cameras and projectors.

Fuda said they can order any kind of sound system a church may want.

“We really want to promote our church installations,” Fuda said.

Fuda and Maura are part of a 9-piece band with horns called “The Classics,” at the store.

The business is a family affair, with Maura and their son Kevin both helping out in the store.

“Things have been great since we opened our new location,” Fuda said.

Fuda’s Music is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is closed on Sundays.
