After more than a year and a half in business, DNW United Services Group, LLC has expanded to two locations.
The company, which offers a wide variety of services, including IT services, concrete construction, transportation, property management, janitorial services, heating and cooling services and sheet metal fabrication, has opened its administrative, trucking and tin shop location on Elm Street right past Swindall Road.
“Our IT department includes PC repair, networking support, Web design and hosting,” DNW Chief Operating Officer Paul Hellinga said. “While we have a few number of employees, they are all experts in their field.”
“This allows us to provide top quality services to our customers.”
For example, Hellinga said DNW’s heating and air conditioning technician has about 20 years of experience, and their construction crew has more than 35 years combined experience.
“Our IT department will remain at our South Brundidge Street location because it is very accessible to our customers,” Hellinga said.
The administrative office is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the IT office is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
“In the near future we are planning to open the IT office a few hours on Saturday morning,” Hellinga said.
Another added feature Hellinga said DNW offers that most other companies don’t is free estimates on computer and heating and air conditioning work, but did say there might be a small fee for those who live a long distance out in the county.
“We also sell new, customized Dell and HP computers,” Hellinga said.
“We are partners with HP and Dell. We also are Microsoft Certified, Dell Certified Systems Expert, TIA A+ and Net +.”
Hellinga said they also sell other brands of computers, and sell used computers when they get them in.
The PC shop also sells accessories ranging from hard drives to memory cards.
When it comes to heating and air conditioning, Hellinga said that DNW spares no expense when it comes to customer service and uses the highest quality products available.
“Our expertise lies in sales, service and new installation for residential and commercial customers,” Hellinga said.
While DNW has been doing minor construction such as paving driveways, they are moving toward getting bigger construction jobs.
“We’re just kicking off our larger construction portion,” Hellinga said.
“In addition to the other services we provide our own sheet metal fabrication workshop, which allows us to stay competitive in pricing and timeliness,” Hellinga said.
“All of our ductwork is constructed to SMACKNA standards unless specified by the customer.”
“Our IT and heating and air conditioning departments are full steam ahead,” Hellinga said.
