Cam Foley and the Charles Henderson Trojans only needed a pair of runs in their 2-1 win over Opp on Friday afternoon.
The win for the Trojans evens their record on the season at 2-2.
Foley got the start for the Trojans and lasted all seven innings on Friday. He allowed one run, five hits and two walks. He struck out three.
After a scoreless start to the game, the Trojans got both of their runs in the top of the third inning.
Following a balk that advanced both Mario Devenport and Jaylen Deveridge into scoring position, Bailey Sparrow advanced both runners on a single.
Opp scored their lone run on a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the seventh inning.
The Trojans finished with five hits in the game. The five hits came from five different players. Bailey Sparrow, Adrian Cardwell, Quay Rodgers, Foley and Deveridge all had hits for the Trojans.
The Trojans will be back in action on Saturday when they host St. Pauls.
