The Pike Liberal Arts Lady Patriots took a seven-point lead into the second quarter, but had to fight through all four quarters in order to hold off Macon-East. The Lady Patriots scored 11 fourth quarter points and held on to a 48-42 win.

The win for the Patriots improves their record on the season to 20-7 and they have now won 14 consecutive games.

After taking a seven-point lead into the second quarter, the Patriots rode into halftime leading by one at 16-15.

They went into the fourth quarter leading 27-21 and were able to stave off a Macon-East comeback.

Lakin Harrell finished with 15 points, while Shelby Renfroe added 13. Ansley Adams finished with seven points and Caroline Senn had six. Tiffany Johnson finished with five.

The patriots will travel to take on Lakeside in the regular season finale on Friday night.
