The Pike County Bulldogs held off Booker T. Washington 65-63 in overtime on Thursday evening on day one of the Blue Devil Holiday Classic at Notasulga High School.

Jordan Hobdy hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to tie the game and send it to overtime.

Andres Burney finished with a double-double wit h 27 points, 14 rebounds and three blocked shots. Amaghie Lampley had 14 points, five rebounds and three assists.

The Bulldogs will be back in action on Friday when they take on host Notasulga beginning at 5:00 p.m. They will be followed by Bullock and Booker T. Washington at 6:30.
