Rebels host the Squadron

The Zion Chapel Rebels return home on Friday night to host the Highland Home Flying Squadron at Greene Memorial Stadium.

The 3-2 Rebels will put their short two-game winning streak on the line against a Highland Home team that sits on top of Region 3, along with Goshen and Luverne, with a 3-0 record. Highland Home’s overall record sits at 4-1.

Zion Chapel has averaged 40 points per game during their two game winning streak. They knocked off Calhoun 47-0 two weeks ago. They beat Kinston 34-30 when they stepped out of the region last week.

Zion Chapel has averaged over 30 points per game in their wins, but in their two losses, they have been shutout.

The Flying Squadron also stepped out of region play last week. They traveled to Verbena and left with a 60-0 win. After losing their season opener to Headland 36-34, the Flying Squadron has four-straight wins and in doing so they have outscored their opponents 209-25.
