Eagles remain undefeated in area play with win over Luverne

The Goshen lady Eagles knocked off rival Luverne on the road on Thursday evening. The win for the Eagles improves their overall record on the season to 6-15. They remain undefeated in area play with a 3-0 record.

It took just three sets for the Eagles to knock off Luverne. They won by scores of 25-12, 25-15 and 25-21.

Olivia Kyzer finished with 7 aces, 12 points, three kills and 15 assists.

Molly Wares had seven aces, 20 points, five kills and five digs. Ella Baker had five aces, 10 points and five kills. Julie Johns finished the match with 11 kills.

The Eagles will remain on the road when they travel to take on Highland home on Tuesday afternoon. They will return home on Thursday to host Andalusia.
