The Patriots sustained their three point lead 30-27 heading into the fourth quarter, but foul trouble helped the Generals claim the lead. Senior Mya Terry fouled out of the game with 3:00 remaining and Johnson followed suit with just 1:00 remaining. The Generals were able to hang to the lead and revenge last week’s loss to the Patriots.

Johnson led the way in scoring for the Patriots with 18 points and also hauled in 10 rebounds giving her a double-double.

The Patriots will be back in action on Monday when they host Lee Scott Academy.

The boy’s game was suspended and will be concluded at a later date. The Patriots were trailing 28-20 when the game was called due to too much condensation on the playing surface.
