“Bullock was big and physical and presented a challenge,” said head coach Todd Reynolds. “We were able to force 31 turnovers on them. We are just trying to pressure the ball and keep things up-tempo in transition.”

In game two the Bulldogs were able to out physical the Jaguars of Barbour County and in all forced 32 turnovers and took a 40-0 lead into halftime.

Rouse once again led the team in scoring with 20 points, while Tahj Boyd finished with eight points and 12 rebounds.

“There are some things you can’t coach,” Reynolds said. “She (Rouse) has good instincts for the ball. She knows how to make good reads. When you pressure the ball you don’t want to go half way. I tell them to make full scale reads and she does an excellent job.”

The Lady Bulldogs will head out Monday to take on Bullock County.
