The Pike Patriots dropped their second consecutive football game on Friday night when they fell to the the Autauga Academy Generals.

The Pike Liberal Patriots struggled stopping the run on Friday in a 43-36 loss to Autauga Academy.

“We played hard,” said Patriots head coach Gene Allen. “It definitely wasn’t our best game defensively. Autauga had a lot to do with that. They are a good football team they are big and fast.

The Patriots finished with 379 offensive yards.

“JT is a competitor,” Allen said. “He comes every Friday night ready to play, and he does a good job for us.”
