Troy City Councilwoman Dejerilyn King Henderson recognized Alex Bland, a 2016 graduate of Charles Henderson High School, during a recent city council meeting. Bland, who was president of the senior class and a two-sport athlete, was recognized for his leadership activities. He plans to attend the University of Alabama.
