A man was found dead in a vehicle at the downtown square on Saturday during the Pumpkins Around the Square event.

The Troy Police Department responded to a call at approximately 3:15 p.m. of a man passed out in a vehicle on the Square. Police Chief Randall Barr said the man was deceased when officers arrived on the scene.
