Forward thinking and solid strategic planning has allowed the city to make good decisions about its growth. The new industrial park is just one of those good decisions.

At a time when the industrial location game is in high gear, the city's investment now will pay untold dividends over the years to come.

With the leadership of the City Council and the mayor, coupled with the recruiting expertise of the Pike County Economic Development Corporation, Troy and Pike County are poised for an even brighter future.

We commend the city and the economic development corporation, as well as the private individuals involved in the land transaction, in developing a new magnet for our area's growth.
