Mr. John L. Thomas and Mrs. James Jordan of Troy announce the engagement of their daughter Michelle Baker to Jimmy Wilson, the son of Mr. Mellownese Wilson and the late Mr. Henry J. Wilson of Brundidge.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Carrie L. Thomas (Fat) of Troy. She is a graduate of Charles Henderson High School in Troy and attends Troy State University. She is employed by the State of Alabama as a Correctional Officer I.

The future groom is a graduate of Pike County High School in Brundidge. He is employed by the State of Alabama as a Correctional Officer I.

The wedding will be July 19, 2003, at 6 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church in Troy. Family and friends are welcomed.
