Michael Paul Gibson

Services for Michael Paul Gibson, 25, of Troy who died Monday, Sept. 22, 2003 at Panama City Beach, Florida will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 at the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Rev. Mark Stephens officiating.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Park on Highway 29 under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 at the funeral home.

Survivors include a son, Kamorn Gibson of Goshen; father, Joe Gibson of Troy; five sisters and their husbands, Deborah Gibson and Walter Anderson of Troy, Rita and Cam Hipps of Montgomery, Sandra and Michael Dickey and Patsy Gibson of Troy and Bonnie and Bill Helms of Elberta; brothers, David Gibson and Joey Gibson both of Troy; nieces and nephews, DJ and

Mark Gibson, Lynn and Jake Anderson, Charlie Corley and Amanda Humphries, Brandon Gibson, Joseph and Allison Dickey, Keisha and Kelsey Gibson and Blake and Anna Helms.

Pallbearers will be Huey Childs, Thomas Childs, Bobby Griffin, Bruce Griffin, Michael Hattaway and Tim Walden.

Ervin Jeffcoat

Services for Ervin Jeffcoat, 74, of Troy who died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003 at Edge Regional Medical Center in Troy will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Alice Jeffcoat of Troy; daughter, Judy Callin of Troy; sons, Robert Jeffcoat and Ricky Jeffcoat both of Douglasville, Georgia; daughter, Jennifer Smith of Buford, Georgia; grandchildren, Gary Callin, Jr., Jason Callin, Courtney Jeffcoat, Brian Jeffcoat, Stephanie Jeffcoat, Sarah Jeffcoat, Allison Jeffcoat, Austin Smith and Kaitlyn Smith and great-grandchildren, Katie and Cale Callin, Courtney Hester and Jessica Renfroe.

Pallbearers will be the grandsons and great-nephews.

The family request memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetis Association.

J. D. Sellers

Services for J. D. Sellers, 83, of Montgomery who died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2003 will be at 2 p.m. Saturday Sept. 27. at Leak Memory Chapel in Montgomery.

Burial will follow at 4 p.m. in Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery in Pike County under the direction of Leak Memory Chapel of Montgomery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Sellers was a veteran of the Air Force and served in World War II. He was also retired from Sears and Roebuck and a member of the American Legion VFW.

He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn V. Sellers.

Survivors include two sons and wife, Rick and Heather Sellers and Ron Sellers; four grandchildren, Sarah Scott, Jackson Daniel, Courtney Suzette and Kyle Daniel and one sister, Annie Pearl Ingram.
