Mary Clem Ryals Hattaway

Funeral services for Mary Clem Ryals Hattaway, 94, of Troy, who died at Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, will be at 11 a.m. today at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Rev. Steve Rascoe officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:45 until the time of the service today at the funeral home.

She is survived by her sister, Louise Smith of Knoxville, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a favorite chairty.

Patricia Ann Sessions Jordan

Services for Patricia Ann Sessions Jordan, 53, of Banks, who died at Flowers Hospital in Dothan Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Enon Baptist Church with the Rev. Averyt Walker and the Rev. Mac Moore officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge, and there will be a 30-minute viewing prior to the service at the church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Trudie Sessions.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Norman Jordan of Banks; three children, Paul Jordan (John) Williams of Troy, Brent (Jennie) Jordan of Banks and Jennifer Jordan (Jesse) Daniels of Springhill; six grandchildren, Andrew and Patrick Byrd of Troy, Dustin and Dason Jordan of Banks, and Sabra and Brycen Daniels of Springhill; two sisters and spouses, Betty Leverett of Henderson and Annie Charles (Bobie) Waters of Banks; three brothers and spouses, Gary and Barbara Sessions of Troy, Ray Sessions of Troy, and Ellis and Debra Sessions of Troy; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Randall and Ann Jordan of Banks, Lori and Rick Oertel of Troy, Don and Darlene Jordan of Banks, Elizabeth and Jim Snyder of Luverne, Faye and Chuck Drivas of Troy, Chris and Nickey Bruce of Lake Martin, and Russell and Doris Jordan of Springhill; 20 nieces, 13 nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Pallbearers are Tommy Waters, James Jordan, Joey Stallings, Justin Stallings, Durwood Baxley, and Chuck Drivas.

Horace Messick

Services for Horace Messick, 86, of Troy, who died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, at Troy Regional Medical Center, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Skeen Funeral Home of Troy with the Rev. Keith Price officiating.

Burial will be in Mossy Grove Cemetery under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Troy.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, and there will be a viewing one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Messick was born June 4, 1920, in Troy. He was retired from Superior Molding in the manufacturing business. Mr. and Mrs. Messick celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary Nov. 20, 2006.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Messick and Lois Brown Messick; a son, Charles Wayne Messick; a brother, Johnny R. Messick; and sisters, Marjory McLeod and Margarette McCall.

Survivors include his wife, Katherine Messick of Troy; a daughter and her husband, Judy and Mike Baxter of Troy; grandchildren, Chris Messick of Troy and his daughter Jordyn Messick of Jacksonville, Fla., Wayne Messick and his son Cory Messick, both of Troy, Dionne Wood of Montgomery, Micheal Wood of Macon, Ga.; Robert Baxter, Ashley Baxter, Richard Baxter and Roger Baxter, all of Troy; two brothers, Woodrow Messick of Banks and Denton Messick of Troy; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Messick, Chris Messick, Cory Messick, Micheal Wood, Robert Baxter and Richard Baxter.

Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Baxter and Ricky Messick.

Gordon Earl Pascoe

A memorial service for Gordon Earl Pascoe, 67, of Troy, who died at his home Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge with Charlie Foster officiating.

Mr. Pascoe is survived by his wife, Shirley A. Pascoe of Troy; a daughter, Donna J. (Robert) Miller of Texas; two sons, Brian F. Pascoe of Shalimar, Fla., and Mark A. (Paula) Pascoe of Ozark; nine grandchildren; three great-granddaughters; and two sisters, Audrey J. (Leonard) Washburn of Sullivan, N.H., and Carol Crosby of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
