Mr. Robert William Craft, 87, of Eufaula, Alabama died Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 25, 2014, at 3 p.m., at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Thad Pittman officiating. Burial will follow on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., CDT, at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Chapman Funeral Home of Eufaula directing.

Born September 12, 1926 in Pike County, Alabama, the son of the late Thomas William and Idele Head Craft. Mr. Craft was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean Conflict. He received the Korean Service Medal with 2 Bronze Camp Stars and the United Nations Service Medal. He retired from the National Guard as a Warrant Officer. He was a wonderful husband and father.

Mr. Craft is survived by his wife of 61 years: Margaret Craft of Eufaula, AL.; son: Kenneth (Yona) Craft of Tampa, FL.; 2 daughters: Angie (Joe) Wyatt of Columbus, GA., Linda Johnson and fiancé Robert McAnally of Norcross, GA.; 3 sisters: Helon Motes of Troy, AL., Sarah Pittman of Shellhorn, AL., Margaret McKinney of Dowagiac, MI.; 7 grandchildren: Kristi Walker, Jennifer Santiago, Cindy Craft, Janna Wyatt, Dylan Wyatt, Jeremy Johnson, Paul Johnson; 8 great grandchildren.
