Mrs. Eleanor Doris Browder Thompson age 88 of Goshen Died Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 10:00 am from the Campground United Methodist Church with Reverend Cliff Cobb and Bill Mixon officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2013 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. She will also lie-in-state one hour prior to the service at the church.

She is survived by her daughters Pamela Thompson (Tony) Cutchens of Headland, Eleanor Kim Thompson Oakley of Dothan and Alice Lynn Thompson of New Orleans, a son Bo (Marge) Thompson of Olathe, KS., 5 granddaughters Jennifer Toni Cutchens, Kara Nicole Oakley, Katharine Rose Thompson, Melissa Diane Thompson and Kendall Nolan Oakley, her sisters Hortense Horn, Betty (Earl) Griffin, and Jeanette (Raymond) Hall, a brother Johnny Browder, Numerous Nieces, Nephews, great Nieces and great Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Buddy Thompson, her parents Jim and Berta Browder and a sister Jewell Browder Dunn.

Active Pallbearers will be Tony Cutchens, John Sanders, John Allen Jones, Jim Pallas, Paul Ray Jones and Harvey Johnson.

Mrs. Thompson was a long time member of the Campground United Methodist Church.
