Max Adams, Age 79 of Troy died Sunday, October 17, 2010 at Troy Health and Rehab. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 1:00 pm from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Claude Adams and Reverend Wayne Locklar officiating. Burial will follow in the Sandfield Cemetery. Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2010 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Mr. Adams is survived by his brother Ben Adams of Pace, FL; nephew Dennis Adams of Troy, great-niece Lisa Cobb Hudley of Mobile; great-nephew Justin Adams of Troy, niece Joyce Cobb Prescott of Brantley, sister-in-law Irene Starling of Troy and several other nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife Laura Jean Adams, parents Norman and Barbara Adams and brother Ray Adams.
