Mr. Paul Jordan age 83 of the Enon community died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009 at his home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from the Enon Baptist Church with Reverend Averyt Walker, Elder Cary Sanders and Reverend Mack Moore officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.
Visitation will be held a Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009. There will also be a 30 minute lie-in-state at the church prior to the service.
He is survived by he wife Janie W. Jordan, his children Norman and Gale Jordan of Enon, Alice and Chuck Drivas of Troy, Don and Darlene Jordan of Enon, Lori and Rick Oertel of Troy, Chris and Nickey Buce of Lake Martin, Elizabeth and Jim Snyder of Luverne, Randall and Ann Jordan of Enon, dauthter-in-law Doris Jordan of Springhill, 22 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, stepchildren Bunn and Millie Wilkerson, Shirley and Pete Brooks, Jerry and Bessie Wilkerson.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lela B. Jordan and a son James Russell Jordan.
