Donna Lee (Cottrill) Webster , 75, of Troy, died peacefully at Troy Regional Medical Center on Monday, March 2, 2009, following a brief illness.  Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 5 at 12:00 p.m. from Troy First United Methodist Church with Rev. David McVay officiating. Rev. Wayne Locklar will offer the eulogy.  Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4 from 5-8 p.m. at Green Hills Funeral Home.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Troy First United Methodist Church or your favorite charity. 
Donna , born in Cincinnati, Ohio to William Elgie and Edna May (Simpson) Cottrill, had a consuming appetite for music and art.  She had a lifetime ambition of receiving her BS and did so at the age of 47, summa cum laude.  She extensively traveled the world visiting 59 countries. Her Christian faith supported her throughout her life and she found joy in her many friends in the community and church.
She owned a travel agency in Geneva, OH and Erie, PA. After moving in 1977 with her family to Troy, she developed a used furniture and antique shop and managed real estate rentals and sales.
She is survived by two sons:  Bruce Charles Webster and wife, Lee Ann, and David Jay Webster and wife, Nichola, all of Birmingham; two daughters: Beverly Lee Rainey and husband, Todd, of Decatur, and Kathryn Joy Spivey and husband, Tommy, of Troy; fourteen grandchildren:  Benjamin Charles Webster, Stephanie Lee Webster, Sarah Elizabeth Mary Webster, Simon Harold Webster, Anthony Reilly Cottrill Webster, Judith Marie Webster, Elizabeth Lee Rainey, Tucker Arlington Rainey, Braxton Charles Rainey, Gwendolyn Anne Spivey, David Daniel Spivey, Kaitlyn Joy Spivey, Faith Alexandria Spivey, and Natalia Nicole Spivey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Harold Charles Webster and one son, Michael James (Kennedy) Webster, and husband Ronald Kennedy (d. 1952).
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
