Willie Jewel Jones age 84, a resident of Troy, died Sunday June 14, 2009. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 10:00 am from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Otis Derrah and Reverend Roger Waldrop officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hills Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2009 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
Mrs. Jones is survived by her daughter, Jean Jones of Troy; sister, Sybil Eiland Summerlin of Luverne; 2 sisters-in-law, Frances Eiland of Luverne and Mary Bozeman Jones of Luverne; nieces, nephews and special caregiver, Katie Potts.
Pallbearers will be Denny Stalling, Blake Stallings, Larry Eiland, Johnny Eiland, Jeffrey Eiland and Scott Eiland.
