Edward A. Donn, age 80, a resident of Brundidge, AL died Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 12, 2010 at 11:00 am at St. John Baptist Church with the Reverend Mack King, Reverend Harold Peters and Reverend Kenny Horn officiating. Interment will follow in Roeton Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 11, 2010 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at St. John Baptist Church. Mr. Donn will lie-in-state Friday, March 12, 2010 from 10:30 am until 11:00 am at the church. Mr. Donn is survived by his wife of 57 years Ellouise A. Donn of Brundidge; daughter and son-in-law: Linda and Dick Fitzgibbons of Union, MS; son and daughter-in-law: Tom and Cindy Donn of Brundidge; three granddaughters: Jill Fitzgibbons Killen and her husband Lee of Union, MS, Julie Fitzgibbons Conrad and her husband Jason of Union, MS and Hannah Leigh Donn of Brundidge; two great-granddaughters: Sydnee Killen and Jordan Conrad and a brother: Frank Donn of Homestead, FL.
Mr. Donn was preceded in death by his parents: Andrew and Charlotte Gallant Donn and his brother Andrew Donn.
