Joe Frank Norris, age 76, a resident of Troy, died Thursday, April 29, 2010 at his home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 3:30 pm from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Reverend David Zorn, Reverend Curtis Faulkner and Judge Bill Hightower officiating. Interment will follow in Little Oak Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 30, 2010 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
Mr. Norris is survived by his daughters: Patsy and Ray Pugh, Peggy Tome, Christie and Jody Danner, Debra and Andy Faulkner and Michelle and Kenneth Garrett; 2 sons: Ronnie and Thuy Norris and Randy and Tara Norris, 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters: Alma Bodiford, Mary Messer, Louanna Campbell and Sheila Bradbury; 4 brothers: Junior Norris, Chester Norris, John Norris and Monroe Norris and his loving ex-wife and mother of his children, Myrtle Norris.
Pallbearers will be Michael Norris, Justin Norris, Kenny Garrett, Joseph Hulgan, Tracy Hulgan, Matthew Faulkner, Jody Danner and Chirstopher, Danner and Danny Carver.
