Arthur Lee Rumph, 54, of 543 Atlanta Ave. in Atlanta died Nov. 28, 1999 at Grady Hospital in Atlanta.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Dec. 4 at at Greater St. Paul A.C.E. Church in Troy with Pastor Bobby Cox, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Carroll Street Cemetery in Troy. Harrison Funeral Home will be directing.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Lillie P. Rumph of Hamilton, Ohio; sisters and brothers, Mary Street; Lillian Printop; Willie H. Rumph; Alphonza Rumph; Kemit Rumph all of Hamilton, Ohio; Naomi (Earnest) Barnes of Troy; two aunts, Mrs. Carrie M. Rodgers; Mrs. Ruth Rodgers both of Troy; and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be family members. Floralbearers will be friends of the family.

He was born Oct. 14, 1945 in Troy. His parents were Lillie Pearl Rumph and Raymond Shields. He was in the Army. He was also a Construction Worker.

Harold Sutton Byrd

Harold Sutton Byrd, 81, of 403 Flavia Circle in Troy died Thursday, Dec. 2, 1999 at Edge Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services will be at Green Wood Cemetery in Montgomery, at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, 1999 with Rev. Roger Waldrop officiating.

He was preceded in death by wife, Winnie F. Byrd and son, Dick Byrd.
