Troy Volleyball lands Auburn transfer Jordan Sinness

On Monday, former Auburn volleyball player Jordan Sinness announced that she was transferring to Troy University to continue her college career.

Sinness is a Sebring, Fla., native that earned FACA All-State honors four years in a row at Sebring High School. She was also Team MVP all four years of her high school career and was named All-County Player of the Year in 2018 and Under Armour All-American honorable mention in 2020. She tallied 1,911 assists, 177 aces, 859 digs and 127 blocks during her high school career.

She started her college career at Auburn. In 2021, Sinness tallied 64 assists and 33 digs at Auburn. In 2022, Sinness tallied 163 assists, 33 digs, 15 blocks and 16 aces.

Her sister, Jade Sinness, is a senior softball player at Troy. Jade Sinness has been a stellar player in the Troy Program, earning All-Sun Belt honors in both 2021 and 2022. Jordan Sinness has two years of eligibility left.
