The Pike County Extension Office, Pike County Chamber of Commerce, and Southeast Alabama Works have partnered to develop “Get Involved Pike County.”

The partnership is a community resource project to help identify county needs and connect resources in health and wellness, nonprofit and faith-based organizations, government, jobs, education, and housing and finance.

Abby Peters, Pike County Extension coordinator, said the hope is that partnership is an opportunity to share the wonderful work that is being done for the Pike County community.

“We also hope this information will connect resources, not only to those in need, but with others who are involved in similar outreach programs,” Peters said.
