The Troy Trojans headed to Madeira Beach, Fla., this weekend and went 4-1 in the annual Spring Tournament, which will be Troy’s final regular season tournament action.

Troy kept the hot streak going on Sunday, besting Stonehill by a score of 13-3. Sinness was once again hot at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a home run, three RBIs and two runs, while Baker went 2-for-2 with two RBIs and McKinney went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a run. Anslee Finch also went 2-for-2 with an RBI and a run. The Trojans closed out the tournament appearance with yet another dominant performance, thumping Long Island by a score of 15-3. It was another home run party for the Trojans as they belted four homers as a team with Sinness going 3-for-3 at the plate with two homers, a double, five RBIs and three runs. Audra Thompson went 2-for-4 with a homer, a double, two RBIs and two runs, while Natalie Turner also hit a three-run homer. Baker went 3-for-4 at the plate with a double, one RBI and two runs.
