Neighborhood Watch will include Districts 1, 5

All residents of the streets in Troy Council District 1 and 5 are invited to attend a Neighborhood Watch meeting a Washington Park Pavilion on from 12:30 until 2 p.m. Saturday.

“Prior to COVID-19, we had just started the process of our Neighborhood Watch program,” said Glenda Kelly. “We want to make our neighborhood a safe and peaceful place for all residents

“Sgt. Michael O’Hara of the Troy Police Department will help guide us in making sure we have a functioning Neighborhood Watch Program in place. Also District 1 Council Member-elect Sharon McSwain-Holland, District 1 Councilmember Robert Jones and  Councilwoman Wanda Moultry will be in attendance.”

Kelly said those who don’t live on the streets listed but are interested are welcome to come.

Boatner, Booker, Carver Drive, Chapman, Dr. LC McMillian Avenue, E Academy Street, E Hodges Street, Harrison Street, Henderson Avenue, Hill Street, E Hubbard Street,  Lake Avenue, Lightfoot Drive,  Martin Luther King Drive,  N Knox Street, Oakland Heights Drive, 

Plum Street, Smith Street, Tanyard Street, Turnipseed Avenue, W Hodges Street, Warren Court, Washington Avenue, Moulton Circle, Farrior Street, Lincoln, Poplar Street, Dent Walker Dr, Warren Circle, Boyd Street, Adam Street, Giddens Street and Diana Street.
