Pike County schools make personnel changes
The Pike County Board of Education approved several personnel actions at its Monday board meeting.
The board:
- Accepted the retirement resignation of Michael Benton, bus driver and custodian, Banks.
- Accepted the resignation of Daniel Powell, math teacher, Goshen High School.
- Accepted the resignation of Heather Bunn, math teacher, GHS.
- Accepted the resignation of Andrew Davis, bus driver.
- Accepted the resignation of Stacy Freeman, secretary/bookkeeper, Banks Middle School.
- Accepted the resignation of Chasity Smith, secretary/bookkeeper, Banks Primary School.
- Accepted the resignation of Alexandria McClendon, fine arts teacher, Goshen High School.
- Accepted the resignation of Phillip Quincey, social studies teacher, GHS.
- Accepted the resignation of Bradley Crenshaw, special education teacher, Pike County High School.
- Accepted the resignation of Tiffani McCulloch, math teacher, PCHS.
- Approved the request to employ Jessica Sanders, third grade teacher, Banks.
- Approved the request to employ Joshua Ritter, social studies teacher, Banks.
- Approved the request to employ Teresa Pryor, PE aide, Pike County Elementary School.
- Approved the request to employ Jessica Moran, fifth grade teacher PCES.
- Approved the request to employ Diana Spivey, special education teacher, at PCES.
- Approved the request to employ Melisan Sullivan, music teacher, PCES.
- Approved the request to employ Marie Cook, pre-K auxiliary teacher, PCES.
- Approved the request to employ Karine Dickens, pre-K lead teacher, PCES.
- Approved the request to employ Hanna Whitt, , social studies teacher, GHS.
- Approved the request to employ Wesley Faulk, band director, GHS.
- Approved the request to employ Miracle Bankston, SPED teacher, GHS.

- Approved the request to Shelby Pickett, third grade teacher at GES.
- Approved the request to employ Kimberly Middlebrooks, fourth grade teacher at GES.
- Approved the request to Staci Duffney, SPED aide, GES.
- Approved the request to employ Miata Moore, pre-K lead teacher, GES.
- Approved the request to employ Jaimie Eiland, CNP worker, GES.
