Troy University IMPACT New Student Orientation is an opportunity for Pike County Chamber of Commerce members to put their promotional materials in the hands of incoming freshmen at the university.
Emily Aaron, Chamber vice president, said the Pike County Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer this opportunity for the members to promote their businesses and organizations to Troy University new students in the fall of 2020.
“The Pike County Chamber of Commerce invites its members to bring their marketing materials for 1,200 to 1,300 bags by noon on Friday, June 5 to the Chamber office at 101-A Church Street.
“This is a great opportunity for our Chamber members to let these new Troy University students know what Troy has to offer them in the way of services and opportunities,” Aaron said.
The Pike County Chamber of Commerce always welcome new members. Those who are interested in becoming a member of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce are encouraged to visit the Chamber office on Church Street and learn more about the benefits of membership.
Troy University’s annual IMPACT new student orientation sessions in June and July will continue with enhanced safety protocols on campus and, for the first time, a virtual option.
Aaron said the virtual option gives those who are not yet comfortable with large gatherings to participate in IMPACT.
