Bailey Best was crowned Teen Miss Goshen during the town’s pageant on Saturday, as well as winning the Ambassador Award, which is voted on by residents. Afterward, Best spotted Macy Waugh visibly upset that she had not won another position, so Best came over and shared her ambassador crown with Waugh to lift her spirits.
