Patricia Ann “Pat” Powell, age 75 of Troy gained her Heavenly wings Wednesday, December 18, 2019 after a brief illness. Pat’s family was her life, especially her grandkids. She was an avid gardener and loved fishing. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Asha E and Ouida Leatherwood Bragg. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ronnie and Rocky Bragg.

A funeral service for Pat Powell will be held Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Reverend Mack Lowery officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Her survivors include; sons and daughters-in-law, Trea and Teresa Powell, Jim and Jessa Powell , daughters and son-in-law, Shannon and Jay Shirley and Shaun Powell all of Troy, her grandchildren, Bailey McKnight, Trevor McKnight, James Powell, Jonathan Powell, sister, Gail (George) Mims of Dothan, Sister, Faye (Bill) Johnston of Brundidge, brother, Sonny (Kathy) Bragg of Jack, sister, Clovia (Jerry) Dickey of Mobile, Aunts, Lucille Speigner of Enterprise, Winnell Shipman of Enterprise, Lou Dell Bragg of Montgomery and numerous cousins and a special friend, Shelia Hussey.

Serving as pallbearers will be Shane Johnston, Luke Johnston, Chris Dickey, Jade Bragg, Waylon Littlefield and Kevin Kelley.

In lieu of flowers memorial should be made to the Oak Grove Cemetery Fund, PO 607 Troy, AL 36081.
