The Pike County Master Gardener Course is set for February 11 through April 14. 2020 and registration is underway.

The class will meet once weekly 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays. The course fee is $150 and includes all course materials.

The Master Gardener program provides more than 50 hours of classroom and hands-on instructions in horticulture and related areas.

Specialists from Auburn University, local experts and County Extension agents provide instructions. In exchange for the 50 hours of classroom instruction, class members agree to volunteer 50 hours in support of Cooperative Extension program efforts or other educational programs.
