Sam gave his life to Jesus at the age of 7 and later in life he renewed his commitment to Christ. He loved his family, and friends, and would do anything for them. He also loved to play golf and following the stock market and politics. He was an avid fan of Alabama football and had been a Crimson Tide fan from when he was a little boy. He also loved to hunt and was planning on duck hunting this season with his new lab, Jag.
Sam graduated from Charles Henderson High School, and during his four years, he played left fielder on the 5A State Runner-up Baseball Team in 2008, and the CHHS Football Team as a Receiver and Tight End. Sam also attended the University of Alabama and graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree from Troy University with a Global Business Degree.
