Felony indictments are being served following a grand jury session in June.

“This was actually a more average number of indictments compared to our last two grand juries,” said District Attorney Tom Anderson. More than 100 people were indicted during the session.

The people indicted so far are:

• Damon Archie, indicted on a charge of possession or reception of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernal

• Samtarius Antonio Austin, indicted on a charge of attempted murder

• Randy Nelsen Brown, indicted on a charge of trafficing methamphetamine

• Robert Earl Brundidge Jr, indicted on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault domestic violence

• Robert Lee Collins, indicted on a charge of possession or reception of a controlled substance and attempt to elude and reckless driving
