Probate Judge Michael Bunn announced Tuesday that the Pike County Probate Office will open a satellite office in Banks beginning today.

The office, which will be located inside the Banks Town Hall, will be open the first Wednesday of every month. The hours of operation are from 9:00am until 3:00pm.

“When I was campaigning, people in Banks told me they would like a satellite office similar to the one that operates one day a month in Brundidge,” Bunn said. “Mayor Lisa Culpepper provided us with the space we needed and, with her help, we are happy to announce that we are ready to open the doors on the Banks office. This should make it easier for residents to do business with the Pike County Probate Office without having to drive to Troy.”
