Felony indictments served

Felony indictments have been served following a grand jury session in Troy in February.

District Attorney Tom Anderson said it was another busy session with more indictments than usual.

The indictments are not reported until they have been served. Not all indictments have yet been served.

• Michael Eguene Allen was indicted on a charge of possession or reception of a controlled substance;

• Ethan James Arnold was indicted on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession or reception of a controlled substance and attempt to elude;

• Danielle Leigh Bearden was indicted on a charge of first-degree receiving stolen property;

• Ashley Ann Beebe was indicted on charges of murder and hindering the prosecution;

• Bruce Earl Bogan was indicted on charges of murder and a violation of the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act;

• Clinton Joshua Cordle was indicted on charges of theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card;

• Khalil Raheem Cummings was indicted on a charge of attempted burglary;

• Whitney Youngblood was indicted on a charge of possession or reception of a controlled substance.

All arraignments are set for April 30 at the Pike County Courthouse.
