Troy firefighters responded to a structure fire at an apartment complex on Montgomery Street Saturday afternoon.

Troy Fire Chief Michael Stephens said all tenants of the seven-unit complex were able to escape without injury.

“There were four units that were occupied when the fire occurred and three that were vacant,” Stephens said. “It was confirmed that there were tenants inside the building when the fire broke out, and they all escaped safely. There were no injuries reported.”
