The Farm City Committee of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the 2018 Farm City Awards.

Committee Chair Randy Hale said the awards are presented annually to those who have made outstanding contributions to different areas of agriculture during the year and to the partnership between the rural and urban communities.

Hale said the nominations are not complicated and is encouraging members of the community to nominate those they feel are deserving of the recognition.
