Mrs. Roxie Jerry Mallett of Troy passed away Monday, August 6, 2018, at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming, Georgia. She was 92. Graveside services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 10, 2018, at Mt. Moriah Cemetery with Pastor Mack Lowery officiating. Burial will follow with Skeen Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Mallett was born March 10, 1926 in Clio, Alabama to the late Warren C. Jones and Fan Scofield Jones. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Mallett. She and her late husband were proud supporters of the American Legion. She was also a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters and their spouses, Sara and Doug Branson, of Troy, and Lane and Harold Cagle, of Dawsonville, Georgia; grandchildren, Doug Branson II (Toni), of Troy, and Stephenie Kelly (Dennis), of Troy; great-grandchildren Gus Hughes, Virginia Branson, Katherine Branson, Doug Branson III and Lily Branson, all of Troy; and a sister Betty Dorman (Carl), of Clayton.
