Melanie Irizarry Miles, 54, of Troy, died Sunday July 29, 2018, in Enterprise after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services for Melanie will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Reverend Mallone Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and also one hour prior to the service at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Her survivors include her husband, Ron Miles of Troy; daughter and son-in-law, Courtney and Corey Lee of Troy; grandchild, Ayden Lee of Troy; her siblings, Lydia (Raymond) Sexton of Troy, Ruben (Mary Lou) Irizarry of Ft. Myers, Florida, and Angie (Tim) Jackson of Bowling Green, Kentucky; her mother, Jean Irizarry of Bowling Green; her nieces and nephews, Scott Sexton, Kisha (Kyle) Lindsey, Caitlin Sexton, Skylar Sexton, Ben Irizarry and Zane Irizarry; and her great niece and nephew, Waylon Lindsey and Maci Kate Lindsey. Melanie was preceded in death by her father, Ruben Irizarry and her daughter, Cynthia Irizarry.
