Police investigating weekend shooting

Troy police are looking for information regarding a shooting Saturday that left one man with life-threatening injuries.
Officers responded to a call of shots fired at approximately 8:20 p.m. in the 200 block of Aster Avenue Sunday.
“Shortly after officers arrived on Aster Avenue, Troy Regional Medical Center reported that a male subject had been dropped off at the emergency room with a gunshot wound,” said Troy Police Chief Randall Barr. “When officers got to the emergency room they found a 25-year-old male that had been shot.”
The victim was airlifted to a Dothan hospital with life-threatening injuries.

No arrest has been made at this time.
