Mike McAllister, 69, passed away from natural causes on April 8, 2018.

McAllister was a graduate of Tuscaloosa High School, a Navy veteran, a former corrections officer and a current candidate for Governor of Alabama.

He is preceded in death by his wife Norma L. McAllister and son George H. McAllister, parents James Roy and Louise Rogers McAllister and brother, Clayton Rogers McAllister. He is survived by brothers Jonathan S. and J. Holden McAllister and four stepsons: Braxton E. Brand III, William Christopher Evans, Marcus Scott Evans, and Robert Wendell Chandler.

Services will be held Sunday, April 29 during the 11:00 a.m. service at Antioch Baptist Church, 3306 County Road 3310 in Troy, Alabama.
