People of Pike County got out of bed early Friday morning to take advantage of Black Friday sales at local businesses. Many of the shops in downtown Troy opened early for the sales holiday and had big sales on all kinds of items. Some other stores also opened Thursday afternoon for an even earlier start on sales.
