Margie Ann Carswell, age 60 of Troy, died Monday, September 25, 2017, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Reverend Mack Lowery officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie L. Carswell of Troy; three children: David Lynn Carswell (Renee) of Gulf Shores, William Daniel Carswell of Gulf Shores, and Crystal Dale Rushing (Eric) of Gulf Shores; mother, Maureen Winslow (Ray) of Troy; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Marie Perdue (Bill) of Sandfield; brother, Junior Riley of Troy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family.
